今天老闆發了封email標題是2014年度特休新規定 內容大意是說： 如果你今年把10天（敝公司特休第一年就是10天）特休都休完了 但你在六月底離職的話 就要賠公司5天（依比例）的工資 從六月薪水扣 仔細想想一點都不合邏輯 2014的特休照理說是我2013在公司年資已滿一年 所以有特休 關我2014什麼時候離職什麼事？ 想寫信反駁老闆 先上來跟各位請教一下要怎麼樣站住腳 （勞基法似乎沒有直接相關的法條？） 感謝各位了！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.231.155.84
