羅文欽涉毆警 蘇貞昌提案開除

民進黨桃園縣議員羅文欽涉嫌酒後毆警，引發爭議。民進黨主席蘇貞昌昨天震怒，在中常會上親自提案，建請中評會儘速開會，予以除名處分。蘇貞昌表示，羅文欽言行非常不當，民進黨深感抱歉。

蘇貞昌說，處分權在於中評會，現在黨中央已經表達明確態度，但還是要經過完整的中評會程序。

依照黨規，若黨員遭除名處分，就算已獲得黨的提名，仍可撤銷提名。
