醫療糾紛起訴護士 檢方、法醫挨告

80多歲房姓婦人腎衰竭到高雄洗腎，導管脫落出血死亡，房婦女兒控告值班黃姓護士和沈姓醫師業務過失，檢方認定護士有疏失起訴，醫師不起訴；家屬認為護士只是代罪羔羊，昨到雄檢控告檢察官和法醫瀆職。

家屬表示，檢察官在案發後80天才傳喚命案關係人、95天後才到現場履勘，相關事證都已消滅，他們合理懷疑檢方處理偏袒醫院，才會到地檢署按鈴控告。

高雄地檢署表示，全案會依法偵辦。高雄榮總低調回應，護理人員發現導管脫落，第一時間就立即處理，全案目前進入司法程序，不便發言，靜待司法判決。
