助海地難民 巴西加速發簽證

（中央社記者唐雅陵聖保羅6日專電）巴西外交部長費蓋瑞多今天在參議院簡報說，縮短核發簽證給海地難民的時間。

2010年海地發生大地震，數10萬人喪命，災後重建緩慢，難民陸續湧入巴西，等不及發簽證者就找人蛇從秘魯邊境非法入境巴西。

費蓋瑞多（Luiz Alberto Figueiredo）表示，駐海地首都太子港的巴西大使館已盡快處理入境簽證申請，但最快也要1個月，政府為鼓勵海地人合法移民，希望加速核發簽證。

巴西聯邦警察數據顯示，2013年非法入境北部阿克里（Acre）州邊境城市巴西雷亞（Brasileia）的海地人數較前年增加2倍，達6000人；2012年為2318人。

費蓋瑞多指出，巴西政府的目的是協助海地人合法入境，不被人蛇壓榨，同時避免特定城市或地區人流失控。

他說，外交部、司法部與社會發展部會通力合作，協助海地移民盡快適應在巴西生活。

巴西民運黨參議員安瑞克（Luiz Henrique）表示，海地移民在巴西工作極其勤奮努力，招攬他們的雇主都很滿意，巴西應幫助海地移民。1030207
