黃世銘說林秀濤證詞 證明確有司法關說

檢察總長黃世銘被控洩密案，台北地院今天上午開始進行辯論，合議庭提示高檢署檢察官林秀濤接受訊問勘驗證據時，黃世銘表示，林秀濤的證詞證明立法委員柯建銘請託高檢署檢察長陳守煌，向她關說全民電通案，特偵組原考量林秀濤坦承，擔心她有傷害自己或不利他人行為，打算只移請法務部檢察官人事審議委員會處理。

沒想到特偵組9月6日舉行記者會公布這件關說案後，林秀濤卻一再攻擊特偵組，指責冷氣太冷、氣氛不尋常、威脅她等，特偵組才決定將她移送處分較重的檢察官評鑑委員會處理。
